What’s your shipping approach?
Discover our eco-conscious approach! At PINOY TRIBO™, each product is crafted specifically for you as soon as you place an order. While this means slightly longer delivery times, it also helps reduce overproduction, ensuring that fewer products end up in landfills. Your mindful choices make a difference, and we appreciate your support for sustainability!

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on select promotions. Keep an eye out for free shipping codes or special events! Otherwise, shipping rates are flat by category and will be calculated at checkout.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates vary by product category:
Hats/Beanies: $3.99 flat rate (5-12 business days)
T-Shirts/Tees: $4.69 flat rate (5-12 business days)
Hoodies/Sweatshirts: $8.49 flat rate (5-12 business days)

All rates are for standard shipping within the U.S. and typically take 5-12 business days for delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items in your cart.


Why are shipping rates different for each product?
Shipping rates are based on product categories to reflect the weight and packaging requirements of each item. We aim to keep these rates as affordable as possible for our customers.

How long does it take to ship my order?
We understand you can't wait to rock your new Pinoy Tribo gear! Our average fulfillment time is 2-5 business days, but it can take up to 8 business days during busy seasons. Once shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 5-12 business days. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.

Why does it take so long to ship?
Our products are made-to-order. To reduce overproduction and minimize waste, we produce our items on demand. This means your order is crafted specifically for you, ensuring high quality and eco-conscious practices. Additionally, depending on your location, shipping times can vary. We work with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely, even if it takes a bit longer.

Can I track my order?
Of course! You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Unfortunately, we can't be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information and ensuring a secure delivery location.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We know plans change! While we do our best to accommodate changes, please note that once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

My shipping address is incorrect. What should I do?
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed.

Return and Exchange FAQs

Can I return or exchange my order?
Absolutely! We want you to love your Pinoy Tribo purchase. You can return or exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective items within 30 days of your purchase. Just make sure to keep the original packaging and tags.

How do I start a return or exchange?
It's easy! Just reach out to our friendly customer support team through our Contact Us page. Be sure to include your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

What condition should the item be in for a return or exchange?
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Please keep the original packaging as well.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Generally, you are responsible for return shipping costs. However, we'll cover the cost if the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).

How long will it take to process my return or exchange?
Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-12 business days. You'll receive a notification once it's complete.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Definitely! We'll do our best to accommodate your exchange. However, availability depends on our stock. And, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Oops, our bad! If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team right away. We'll take care of it.

Can I return sale or clearance items?
Unfortunately, sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What if I haven't received my refund yet?
It might take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. If it’s been longer, please contact your credit card company.
