RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All of our products are made-to-order. Each product is crafted specifically for you as soon as you place an order, this helps reduce overproduction, ensuring that fewer products end up in landfills. While we take pride in all of our PINOY TRIBO™ products, each order is backed up with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you encounter any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you. We gladly accept the return or exchange of unwornunwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes, and containers with tags attached,  and accompanied by the packing slip or invoice. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item). Items marked "final sale" or “clearance” on the website, tag, or invoice are not returnable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

PINOY TRIBO™ is not liable for packages that are incorrectly delivered, lost, or stolen, or for orders shipped to an incorrect address confirmed during checkout. While our Customer Care team will make every effort to assist in such situations, we can only provide refunds or replacements if the carrier deems the shipment as lost. And, any replacements must match the original colors and sizes.

RETURNS:

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team via our Contact Us page. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, merchandise must be returned in unused/unworn condition within 30 days of purchase. Regretfully, after 30 days, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

To return, please securely package the item to prevent damage during transit with the original internal packing materials (slip or invoice) with all tags attached (if applicable), before the package is sealed. We strongly suggest you purchase tracking and/or insurance on your shipments since PINOY TRIBO™ is not responsible for returns that we do not receive.

Once your returned merchandise is received and inspected, we will inform you of your refund's approval or rejection. Your return and refund will be processed within 5 to 12 business days after item(s) are received by us. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item, excluding any shipping fees and additional discounts. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Certain exceptions apply. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. 

Please note: We cannot issue refunds for more than the original cost of purchase. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20%.

EXCHANGES:

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team via our Contact Us page. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability at the time of processing your return. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, our Customer Care team will reach out to facilitate either a refund or store credit for your return.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

To ensure proper fit and less possibility of you needing the return or exchange, we ask you to visit our size guide, read the bullets and descriptions on the product(s) you are ordering, and email us if you need help determining what size to order.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE ITEM:  

If you have received an item that’s either incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact our customer support team via our Contact Us page and include the following information:

Order number

Name on the order

Email used for the order

Please provide a photo clearly showing the issue with the item you received, along with a brief description of the problem

Once we inspect and assess the issue, we will notify you of the status and provide you with tracking information for your replacement merchandise.

SALE & CLEARANCE  ITEMS:

All purchases of sale/clearance items are FINAL and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged for any reason.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
